  • First and foremost, a huge thank you to Alanna for having my baby girl's first haircut experience a good one! Alanna was so helpful throughout the entire process and even gave her feedback when the husband and I would clash on what we wanted to do with her hair LOL The salon itself is as you would expect, very kid friendly. The establishment had video games and/or movies available to play at each station while the kids got their hair done. Not only that, but they also had individual stations of video consoles in the waiting area too. This was great since it definitely kept not only my 3 boys preoccupied, but the husband as well ;) The sitting area was somewhat separated from the video consoles but in the same vicinity. From what I saw, the sitting area did look a bit tight. But I do believe they had a play table for the kids to utilize while they wait. But all in all, our experience here was nothing but perfect. Baby girl did so well considering this was her first hair cut EVER. At first I was a bit nervous about how she would do with someone else messing with her hair, but she did great. She sat still for Alanna the entire time. It was a bit loud in the salon, so be prepared for that. But then again, this salon does cater to children so that is definitely expected. I definitely recommend you take your kids here. And if its their first haircut ever, they do provide a keepsake which includes a holder where they give you a lock of their hair in a little ziplock bag, and an area where you can insert their photo. Definitely a great keepsake to keep in your kids' memory book or displayed in their bedroom.
