I've been coming here for about 15 years and never had anything done beyond one cavity and regular cleanings. I referred my husband who needed more work done and this is when everything became very unsettling. We were told he would possibly need a root canal and quoted worst case scenario. He ended up not needing a root canal and checked out with Char for the appointment. Char would not provide my husband with an itemized receipt nor answer his questions regarding what the amount was for. All she provided him was a sales receipt for the total amount when every other time we had received itemized receipts no questions asked. This time he asked and she dodged the question. When we quickly discovered she had charged him for the root canal that didn't happen he called back and she said she would credit back to the next appointment. An amount that we discovered was less than half of what they owed us back. Also, Char told us it was "too much work" to refund our care credit account which we knew was not the case. She then called back to say we'd get even less of a refund due to an early maintenance cleaning which was news to us. I'm just shocked how rude Char was when handling this situation and we will not be back. Just sharing our situation so other customers can make sure they're checking their bills and always getting an itemized receipt. We were charged for almost double of what we actually owed.
