  • Let me say first and foremost that I am not your typical internet reviewer nor complainer. I felt the need to post a review because I actually used this forum to seek out a new barber due to my recent move to Mesa. Upon arriving I was greeted very professionally and sat down in the chair. The barber and I discussed what I would have like to have done during my visit, unfortunately there didn't seem to be a lot of options for a package deals for what I was looking for so we settled on a shave and a haircut. The service seem very minimal there wasn't any real offer of any additional services such as shampoo etc. I was just simply unimpressed not to mention the first time anyone has ever cut me while shaving (three times actually). The barber who provided these services was very nice indeed, however she needs to work on her shaving skills a lot and perhaps a little bit more on what services cost and additional charges (a.k.a. fees) will be charged before ringing up the customer. I guess I will continue looking for a new barber. My shave and a haircut cost $45 and I gave $10 as a tip (which looking back now that was way too much) they also to added a $0.75 fee without telling me to simply use a credit card (I assume), this makes them seem cheap and petty to me.
