  • They deliver your containers next day, but don't care about picking them up and will take a week! Even if the city has a problem with the container. They charge you hundreds of dollars to pick It up, but can't accommodate when you need it picked up and won't let you hire another company to get It. If I wasn't stuck with them at this point I would not use them! Just pay for a storage unit!! They're not accommodating to their clients and if I could I would empty my unit and go drive It back to their facility and never use them again because of how badly they treated me. I was planning on keeping the unit for a long time and I am so over them.
