  • Unfortunately our cat has had 2 visits here this weekend, but the staff have been so kind and knowledgeable, and made us feel really comfortable. Dr Halterman was the best, most informed, and kindest vet I've ever seen. They spent a lot of time with us talking about all the symptoms, possible causes and the treatment options and told us the pros and cons of each treatment and test. We didn't feel rushed at all, and we felt that they empathized with us as owners of a sick pet. When we had to leave our kitty overnight, they let us go back and say goodnight to her first. They were about 50% more expensive than a regular vet, but that's to be expected for an emergency vet. Wait times were fast for us.
