  • I recently purchased a new vehicle here. I had read the help reviews prior to my visit so I had an idea of how the place was. Over all my experience wasn't too bad but I'll lay it out for you. My mistake going on a Saturday the place was a mad house. As soon as I pulled into customer parking there was a heard of eager salesmen waiting to get to you first that was a huge turn off. I basically ignored them and headed off into the lot on my own looking for a certain vehicle that I saw on their website. Shortly after I found it a salesman did approach and he was surprisingly very good to work with and no heavy sales pressure like other places. Hix name was Jovan and he was friendly and personable and decnrt for a car saleman Went inside to a full showroom of people buying, it was a little loud in there music the people etc. It was clean they offered bottled water etc. Played the numbers game back n forth a couple of times the closer came in super nice guy I forget his name no pressure he made it work where I needed to be. In the end made a deal rang the gong. Waited about 45 mins to get into finance since it was a Saturday. Got a younger woman Alexa ok to deal with as well. Typical speech it's where they make the upsell gap ins extended warranty etc opted out of most of it after my last few Experian with buying expensive over priced service plans that do nothing but pad the dealers wallet more. Got a decent interest rate and terms was happy left with paper plate and drove off into the sunset. Won't return unless there is a recall on car as I'll have it serviced elsewhere. People where friendly and no pressure but haggle your prices as they over charge for nonsense on most cars 295 for nitrogen in tires huge ripoff should be 50 to 75 tops wheels locks 295 don't pay it I didn't eBay 30.00 same ones with a little manual labor. 295 vehicle tracking it is what it is 595 some redline theft etc. I'd probably repeat buying there if it came to it just watch the upsell or markups on add ins there way over priced.
