I was thrilled to try this company based on previous Yelp reviews, but much to my disappointment, instead of great products and customer service, I was at the receiving end of filthy chairs and multiple unanswered emails and unreturned calls. I received 20 chairs for a Sunday event on a Saturday that were covered in so much dirt that they looked gray. I ended up having to go out and find different chairs as they were unusable for my event. When I called to speak with someone at their offices, I was told that they couldn't get me new chairs by the next day and that there was no manager on duty to help me until Monday, but that I could send an email with the photo of the chairs and I'd get a response early Monday morning. Instead of a response Monday, on Tuesday I received an automated email asking me to review the company on Yelp and Google. That's the only "proactive" communication I've yet to receive. I've sent multiple emails (the last 3 of which over the past week have gone unreturned) and made multiple phone calls to no avail. I am hoping this finally helps the company get in contact with me to rectify the situation.
