  • Pulled in today for the "Express" oil change service. Tuesday afternoon. Was told that it will be atleast 1.5-2 hour wait. I said for an express oil change? They service advisor did confirm that super long wait time. Since I wanted to make sure my wife's car is taken care of, I waited. He was right it took nearly 2.75 hours to get my oil changed. Terrible service. I won't come back I'll go to Earnhardt Dodge.
