  • They were able to save the data on my MacBook Pro after my son spilled milk on it, and it completely died. I don't believe the Apple Store will help with any issues that are damaged by liquid. They offered to send it off to be fixed, but after we talked further, we determined it was more beneficial for me to buy a new one. I did buy a new one from the Apple Store directly because I had a gift card, but they were so cool about it regardless They have refurbished models too. My husband bought a refurbished Macbook while we were there. Super nice guys. They know what they're talking about.
