  • Dear Lord in heaven, don't ever go to the chipotle if your life depends on it! King Xerxes himself can tell you if you don't go get chipotle from this restaurant you can be tossed out the cliff like the rest of the immortals. No joke go don't bother, just jump off the cliff instead. I have had so many complaints on this place it's not even funny, every time I complain to chipotle I tell them not to send me cards because I don't want more food from this location. I don't complain to chipotle for free cards, I complain to chipotle to see if I can help this place get better through constructive criticism #KingXerxes2020. I have unleashed detailed reviews I look like a chapter of the Lord of the rings to corporate chipotle so that way this restaurant owners and managers can it and get it back in line. I've been going to the chipotle since eighth grade year, and I graduated from HS in 2012. It was extremely good open till I was about a junior in high school. I don't know if they switched owners your management or what the hell they did but this place I have to unfortunately say should be removed or given new owners or management. "Well It's chipotle, still is chipotle right?" (Donald trump voice) - wrong. I literally drive to mentor to avoid this chipotle, and I live about five minutes away from the high school right on the street. Be prepared to stand in line for 35 to an hour, service is slow usually (not all the time). I've had meat not cooked all the way, bones and steak, frozen sour cream, frozen corn that is literally frozen, how does that even happen it's refrigerated? Overcooked meats, bad tasting this or that. The list goes on. BE PREPARED - IF YOU PLAN ON TRYIN TO TRICK XERXES AND ORDER ONLINE FOR PICK UP. I would literally be roasted over the fire alive rather than order online with these guys again. I'm not even exaggerating, the last 10 times I've been there it's not been ready one single freaking time. And I order 30 to 45 minutes ahead of time minimum every single time. This is the most frustrating thing about this place. I get the chance after chance after chance like batman does to the joker. We all know how that ends up don't we. Never order online at this place, never going to wait in line for this place. Really it's a lose lose situation. I don't give me wrong, I'm an avid lover of chipotle, I would eat chipotle every meal of the day. But I have to be honest. Let's be blunt, the staff sucks here. They will have your order waiting to be made from the online platform sitting next to their face for 45 minutes about paying attention to it. Does Bill Gates send some satellite signals down to the chipotle where doesn't print out until five minutes after I'm supposed be picking it up? The entire experience of going to this location is equivalent to stepping on Legos, but instead of Legos imagine glass, and instead of glass Imagine magma, and instead of magma imagine stepping on can Kardashian's face. Either way you look at your gonna be stepping a plastic that's going to hurt you. Now, I'm definitely not saying I haven't had good experiences at this place because I definitely have. It's just that the good experiences were about five years ago. I would recommend if you live in driving to the one on mentor Avenue that's like 6 miles away from us instead. The one on 306 also has a problem not having your food ready when you order it and hour ahead of time. The good part about this place? Something staff is very nice, there's one cashier whose name is Patrick who was a great guy, did everything he was supposed to, was quick, eager to help, and get the job done. Do I know him? Yes, indeed I do know him. What I read that he sucks, definitely, but he most definitely does not suck at his job. I don't know if he still there or not, the last few times I've been there he wasn't there. And again, please keep in mind I have a deep relationship with chipotle, the river runs deep in my veins as well as the toilet at times. Moral of the story is, just go to a different chipotle location it's well worth the gas versus the time youll waste and disappointment you will receive just like being lonely on Valentine's Day or seeing a dog in public you won't pet because you're afraid the owner will will judge you and tell you you're being weird, when you really just want to pet a doge.
