  • Mine was a great experience from start to finish. I called Southwestern Auto Glass very frustrated with the conflicting stories and outrageously expensive quotes I had been given by three other "reputable" businesses ($605.00, $640.00 and $1700.00). I was being told that I needed to purchase two new, very expensive moldings to replace the ones "that always break no matter how careful you are when pulling out the old glass". When I called Stephanie at Southwestern she listened to my whole story and to reassure me that the moldings weren't necessary she put me on hold and spoke to the owner of the business. Additionally she researched to see whether they had recently replaced a windshield on another car of my same make, model and even year. She confirmed that past replacements were made without new moldings being needed. I trusted her and ended up saving $400.00. Sewell was the gentleman that actually changed the windshield. He was a pleasure to work with and had my moldings off, unharmed within a matter of minutes. The entire job took less than 40 minutes. I was happy to pay the very competitive fee he charged me!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
