  • Dream delivered on our exterior remodel! Shannon, Austin, Roy, and crew did an awesome job! From the start Shannon was very courteous, kind, professional, and very receiving. The great legacy of construction lives on thru him by way of his skill and expertise. We had many needs on our house that were going to be challenging and they persevered thru all of them. Like most remodels, people change their minds on certain aspects of the look or the way features should work.... THEY ACCOMODATED. I'm sure we drove him and the crew up the wall at times, but the answered. The original exterior looked quite scary at times and they changed to where the curb appeal is soothing. We had changed several tasks of the scope of work. The 2 most challenging tasks of the project were enclosing the eves and back patio with shiplap and then staining on our 1966 mid-century modern house. Like most older homes they have hard to match edges. Putting long, long rows of shiplap together and make the spacing look good with a wavering facia of beams is tough. They did it. Also the board and batten we added to the house and separate garage turned out great!! The combination of the craftsmanship of hanging the materials(Austin & crew) and finishing it with the great painting (Roy and gang) achieved the classic look we were looking for. Remodeling can be taxing at times. Both parties worked thru all of the details and came up with a great final product (Some details were stressful at times just like most.) Shannon and group had suggestions and we had just as many, if not more on how to accomplish the remodel of the exterior. It was very good to see them give, as well as us give at the same time to get the job done. I would recommend Shannon and crew all day long! I have dealt with the crusty professional contractor before in my line of work. They do have a lot of experience, but tend to be the know-it-all expert that doesn't quite deliver. Shannon sat back and received all of our needs instead being like that older/seasoned contractor that butts in and gets what he wants (totally backwards). You can tell he has a lot of experience and his guys work hard. GO WITH 540!!
