So I came here to make a payment and to let them know that the bed I bought less than a year ago totally broke on me... it happened to happen the day before I was moving so I didn't keep the pieces even though I have pictures of the bed totally broken the lady said they can't do anything about it. The slates and the wood sticks keeping up the mattress broke in the frame broke away from the headboard... since I was in the middle of moving I just kept the headboard where you can obviously see what happen just by looking at the headboard but this lady Elsa in the customer service department told me it's not good enough. Give me should've kept it but the other part of me hated the frame because it always stuck out and I stub my toe is on them so when it broke I decided just to throw it away not thinking that they would want to see the actual evidence of the bed broken. I tried to stay away from buying stuff from walker because of the quality but now I'm a little ashamed of RC Willey too... now I'm making payments still on a broken bed....
