  • This company charged me $275 for a sensory glass replacement on my BMW only to have it cracked 24 hours later! The company denied responsibility to replace it for free as they decided a small rock hit it. If you look at the pictures, the cracks are classic stress type as they perpendicular to the edges. Even if small rocks hit, it should not cause such huge damages. They agreed to replace it for "discounted" $200! No, thank you, I'll take my business elsewhere! Update: the other company that replaced their broken window confirmed it was installed incorrectly.
