  • STAY AWAY unless you love to be frustrated. I've been trying to go in regularly for treatments for 2 years now! They never return voicemails, botch up appointment times that were made in person and will give you the run-around. Sure, everyone loves a great deal on laser hair removal but you will waste so much time that you'll only get in 2 or 3 times a year. I've never encountered a business that was so poorly run in my life. An appointment I made in person "disappeared" from the books. I was told I'd be called right back to book another and then no call. Left many messages with no call returned. Finally got through and told I could have an appointment in 3 months! "We're so busy" is the response I get when I ask why it's such a long wait time. Yes, you're busy with clients who bought a groupon or whatever until they get to the point I'm at and stop coming. Guess there are enough newbies with coupons to keep them busy but, wow, eventually the well will run dry, considering all the competition around. So annoying to deal with them! Technicians can be downright surly too. And, please, snuff out the terrible scented candle that is forever burning in that place!
