  • We sat at the counter indoors for our first time. We weren't sure about the noise level outside and we like to watch chefs at work. Traffic level/noise at 6PM on a Wednesday was pretty minimal, so we will sit outside on the patio next time. Order the shattered potatoes with the jalapeño sauce!!! Amazingly good and they make them fresh right in front of you. The potatoes are served with a ridiculously addictive dipping sauce called 'lebni' (greek yoghurt, spices & something highly addictive). The 'lebni' was so tasty that we ordered a side to take home and try on other things. Regarding the jalapeno sauce, they puree the peppers, add a few things and then let it 'ferment' for a week. Then they add vinegar and a few other things. Minimal heat level, fantastic jalapeno flavor. Happy Hour -- $3 for good beer (and wine)! We ordered two Paris burgers medium rare (we feel that it's a shame to overcook high grade, grass fed beef). The meat was perfectly cooked with just the right amount red. Amazing apple bbq sauce -- we ordered a side to go with the potatoes. For something semi-healthy, we ordered their salad special for the night -- watermelon, feta, mint and pistachios. Absolute perfection for an August night in Phoenix. The people next to us ordered the kale salad and the avocado toast, both of which looked awesome. It was funny watching them 'go foodie' on vegetarian food in a burger place. :) Regarding dessert, they do ice cream sandwiches from LGO ... but they aren't on the menu ... and they are really GELATO!!! I had the 'fresh' mint chocolate chip & my wife had the salted caramel. We are converts. :)
