  • This is hands down the nicest auto dealership I have been to. I am basing this review on the sales guy that I assisted me by the name of Jay. After being to several dealerships I was pretty much over the car buying experience.. On this particular day I was annoyed at the sales pitch a sales worker at a different dealership had provided earlier and so my boyfriend and I were just driving around the auto show mall to see if anything caught my eye.. I was ready to go home, as it was already late past 10pm and dealerships were closed anyways.. My boyfriend trying to please me and cheer me up decided to stop by this dealership and seen a Toyota Tacoma that was exactly what I had been looking for. Again, we stopped by past the closing time for this dealership , out of nowhere we see someone pull over and it was Jay.. he let my boyfriend know they were closed but he could still show us the vehicle and test drive for the next day. I gotta say for Jay being off the clock he was super enthusiastic and extremely helpful. The next day my boyfriend and I showed up at the time Jay said his shift began. He had already taken the vehicle to get detailed and had I guess in a way "saved" it for us. Both my boyfriend and I test drove the vehicle and were ready to negotiate. I am basing this review only on Jay the sales guy- I say that because we already expected the annoying part where they say you can't have it for a certain amount but then they can. I will also add that I went in knowing I had great credit and I was already pre qualified to finance thru my credit union.. I was for sure purchasing a Toyota Tacoma it was just a matter of finding the right truck and feeling comfortable about the transaction. I originally thought purchasing a Toyota Tacoma would have been best from a Toyota or Lexus dealership but I was shortly proved wrong after visiting both locations over the weekend and dealing with the worse sales guy but I will save those details for another review for them specifically. Overall I feel this was a great experience for me. I didn't feel pressured, the workers did not seem miserable to be there, several other people purchased cars while I was negotiating. I would recommend for you to come check them out if they have a car you like in their inventory! The only annoying part of the car buying experience I guess is just the haggling but for the most part that's expected in your car buying experience... hope this review is helpful for someone and I'm thankful I was able to purchase my lovely vehicle :)
