I had a consultation today due to a car accident 3 mos. ago, that lasted all of about 5 minutes. 4 men in scrubs walked in, not one of them introduced themselves. One reached out and shook my hand and said my name to make sure they had the right patient; I asked to make sure it was the the Dr. He asked me to tell him why I was there. When I spoke, he spoke over me into his recording device. Umm, hello? Multitasking abilities set aside, I'm the patient, you asked me a question... Please make me feel like you are listening to me. He begins talking with another man in scrubs about the results of my MRI, and the end result is a referral. I didn't get to ask any questions, nothing was explained, and I think his voice recorder got more attention than I did. 2 stars for the handshake and referral.
