  • Just checked in today and staying four nights - hope to update this by the end of our stay - don't think room was cleaned - towels on back of door from prior guest, got into be and there were nasty hairs from prior guest. Bathroom shower has that orange/pink mold all in the grout - really hard to want to even take a shower. Mark was lovely and brought us new sheets and towels. I bought a can of Lysol for the shower at the store. Day 2 of 4 days - pull out couch bed so uncomfortable as very thin mattress with bar across - son is sleeping with it made up instead of pulled out. And man in room next to us won't lower his voice and has been on the phone all night. 1am and he still won't stop talking. My son is sleeping in earplugs and I am not able to sleep as he raises his voice every couple of minutes and is so loud. Front of hotel is on street with bars so music blaring and drunks making noise. Will call in morning to see if we can switch is to a room with two queens and not near the street or a noisy loud rude man.
