  • We discovered this butcher at the Crossroads Market and haven't shopped elsewhere for meats since. They have some of the best range fed, locally sourced meat and poultry products you'll find in Calgary. Mix in their chorizo with your ground beef 1:1 on your next batch of meatballs.. you're welcome! Don't forget to try the ground prime rib and brace yourself for incredible burgers.
