  • Excellent! My husband busted the washing machine pipe trying to remove the hose and we had to turn all the water off to the house since it was leaking into the wall. This was at 6pm. We called a few other 24/7 plumbers and they couldn't get over here until 1 pm the next day! Then we called plum smart and they were at our door in 40 minutes. Allen was great. Very professional, nice and straight forward. He cut the dry wall, removed and replaced both the hot and cold water pipes and reinstalled the drywall. All within an hour! And it was only a total of $223! When we admitted we thought we had just done thousands of dollars in damage, he joked that he could add $900 to the bill to make us feel better! We will definitely be calling these guys in the future, hopefully not in another emergency situation!
