  • I love Maya because of the location and amenities. I can also literally walk across the street to my favorite grocery store, Sprouts. The condos are all being renovated and look amazing. The pool is huge and I like using the treadmill to get my daily excercise in. I wish I had two covered parking spots instead of one. But my husband can park in all of the uncovered spots. There's always plenty. Seems like a lot of snow birds live here. You can't beat the value when just next door, condos sell for half a million. To stay at the W next door would be triple the price too.
