  • The WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I was cussed at, threatened and told to leave when I questioned the charges. Bo Puckett should not be in customer service. He called me horrible names because I asked the shop to repair a light they broke while trying to replace a headlamp. Bo Puckett charged me twice- would not let me leave without charging my credit AND debit card. He told me to bring my "daddy" or lawyer if I ever stepped on their property again. Don't worry, Bo Puckett, you will be out of business soon enough
