  • DO NOT TAKE DOGS HERE. Rude and unprofessional young staff who yelled at our dogs. We took our two dogs here to board for one night after purchasing a Groupon deal. I called to give them all the information and records. When we got there for check in they wanted copies of the medial records again after I had faxed them previously, they wanted to over charge us, and it took 30 mins to drop them off. At most facilities when you drop your dog off it is a simple stress free and fast drop off, but not in this case. When we picked up our dogs the following morning a young girl was there, she went into the back to get the dogs and was screaming at the dogs. That was unprofessional and didn't give us a good feeling about how the dogs were treated during their stay. The dogs were acting weird when we got then outside, like they weren't walked during their stay at all. They were both panting so much and ate and drank a lot when we got them home. They have never acted like that after bording at other places. There are several other places in the area with staff who doesn't yell at your dogs.
