  • I've used Galloping Groomer twice before. The first time was great, although the groomer was late. The second time, the groomer was late, and while the husky looked great, my cocker spaniel/lab mix was so-so. She shaved the dog, citing that she had too matted a coat to groom. That's fine - turns out my dog likes being shaved. Still, behind her ears was still matted, and her paws hadn't been trimmed. Also, neither dog was rinsed thoroughly enough, and scratched for days until I rinsed them again. This time, I called and got an appointment 3 weeks in advance. This morning, an hour before the service, I got a call saying the groomer couldn't make it, and the next available appointment was another 3-4 weeks out! Now at the last minute, I need to try to find someone else. Very frustrating. I won't be using them again.
