rev:text	Paid over $10k for a lift, new tires and rims for my husbands birthday. When I went in to drop it off for the work I also ordered a spray in bed liner and bed covers for another $1500. The lift was completed and I was told the scheduling for the bed liner couldn't be done yet because of scheduling issues with the company they use. Then they told me the covers weren't in yet. Went back and forth for weeks with them. The covers apparently came in, but were damaged so had to be re-ordered.... This was supposed to be done before Christmas as a present and never happened. I turned over paperwork to my husband so he can follow up. His calls and emails weren't returned. Then they tried saying the work was done and we picked up the covers. After going down there and proving it wasn't done and showing them the email correspondence they are NOW saying their employee that was helping us was "arrested" for fraudulent activity and they can't refund our money because their "lawyers" are telling them not to pay anyone. It's NOT OUR PROBLEM YOU HIRE CRIMINALS. YOU AS A COMPANY ARE OBLIGATED TO REFUND OUR MONEY FOR GOODS AND SERVICES NOT PROVIDED. As a customer who already spent over $10k you would think we would be treated a little better. I will NEVER recommend this business and make sure the public knows the dishonest type of business you are running. You are basically stealing money from customers. I just saw another customer had a similar issue. How many people have been scammed by you guys??!! WHEN WILL THIS BE RESOLVED????
