Stopped at Kabob House for lunch one day and was pleasantly surprised. Had the vegetarian platter and the falafel was fresh and bright with a nice crispy outside and moist tender inside. The tabouleh was a treat compared to most other restaurant-made tabouleh. It actually had more parsely than cracked-wheat, which is how it is supposed to be made. The hummus was the right consistency with a balance of flavors. I'm not a big fan of baba ghanoush but it came with the platter and I was pleasantly surprised by the spicy kick. For a quick lunch on the go it beats fast-food anyday and it beats many of the sit-down Middle Eastern places I've eaten.
