  • We have purchased two cars through Larry H. Miller Nissan. Our first experience was terrible! Josh Sun is a total jerk! He sold us a car that did not fit our needs! We are a family of four and our oldest uses a wheelchair and there was no way to fit it into a Juke! They're like sports cars! At the time, I had just earned my BA degree and Nissan was running a promotion that would give $1,000 cash back for recent graduates. I provided my proof of graduation from an accredited university but I didn't see our payment go any lower. When I questioned it, Josh said "I applied it but on my behalf or else I won't be making any money off of this." WTF? Anyway, although we were very disappointed, we decided to go back a year and a half later to trade in the Juke for something bigger that would suit our needs. The only reason we went back to Larry H. Miller is because we were told that Josh no longer worked there. We were introduced to Jeff and he was great. He did everything he could to get us into the right car and at a fair price. Overall, we were happy with the whole process; although it was time consuming. We were there for about 6 hours total (half the time we had our small children with us.) A few days later, I received the a survey from the dealership. I answered it honestly and left great comments because we were truly happy with our experience. The following day I get a phone call from Jeff, the sales guy, complaining that we gave him a terrible score and I basically got chewed out for 15 minutes without a chance to defend myself and explain that I had thought I had given a rave review. I offered to speak with a manager or re-do the review but in his words, I had already put the "nail in the coffin." I felt disrespected and very upset. Had I known that anything other than a "10" is considered bad, then I would have gladly given them all 10's across the board. Unfortunately, I do not plan on going back to Larry H. Miller after this experience. I thought we had established a good relationship and I expected to become a regular customer but not anymore.
