  • You get what you pay for. I scheduled my hotel pick up at 1:55pm. After getting a bit worried, I called to check the status on my pick up. The rep asked me what hotel was my pick up and left me on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up the phone and called again. She would answer and hang up the phone every time I would call back. Then what a coincidence my shuttle unexpectedly shows up. Old bus, A/C not cold enough and late to the airport. Use these people and risk missing your flight. The only positive thing about the entire trip was the driver actually greeted us. Pay the extra few bucks and stay away from this horrible company. Not worth the 7 dollars.
