Had a horrible experience with the girl working there, Mackenzie. From the moment I walked in, I felt like she was eyeing me and judging me. She looked at me like I wasn't rich enough or preppy enough looking to shop at this store. I just brushed it off.
I began to browse the store, and I had a question about a bracelet. I asked if she could help me, and she basically rolled her eyes at me when I did. Like I was bugging her from looking up from her phone to help a customer. I politely asked if the bracelet I was looking at came in different colors, and she just said "nope" and walked off. She went back to her cell phone and ignored me some more. I asked another question and she then pretended like she couldn't hear me. In this tiny store... really? Another girl came up to me from across the store and asked me how she could help, and she was very sweet. Her name was Nicole I believe. I asked her what the other girls name was and I was so put off by the way she treated me that I left without buying anything. Unfortunately for Nicole! But I didn't say anything to her about it. Been contemplating writing this review for some time but I thought I should because no customer deserves to be treated like this.
