I bought a new car there less than a month ago. I would have given the transaction 5 stars - good price, nice people, and easy transaction. What I do not like are all of the emails since the purchase (over 20) - nearly all about marketing. I unsubscribed (having never subscribed) The messge you get after you unsubscribe is that doing so does not stop third -party emails. I then asked the salesperson Paulo to stop the emails and he replied that he got the message. The emails continue. Since they come from different addresses, there is no way to block them except one at a time, I have since received two more emails from Paulo which have invalid addresses when I try to reply. I would gladly alter my rating if the dealership would fix this problem.
