  • Beyond disappointed and unimpressed with my tour through this company. I went on the South Rim tour this past Sunday, and various things listed in the tour description on the company website were not fulfilled. Although included in the ticket price, we never stopped at the Hoover Dam or along the way in Arizona as promised. Additionally, rather than spend the listed three hours at the Grand Canyon, we barely spent two which was frustrating since the ride is extremely long for such a short amount of time at our actual destination. Lastly, "pickup and dropoff at your hotel" actually equates to being picked up and then dropped off at the welcome center to start the trip; and then dropped off on the side of the road to switch to a new bus to be brought back to the hotel. Extremely unprofessional and if I could give zero stars I would.
