It's places like this that remind me that there is more to Las Vegas than the strip. This has been a place that Jacob and I have wanted to go to for a while now and saved it for Valentine's Day.
There was not a Valentine's Day menu for this location, but that didn't both us as it gave us the opportunity to taste many items on their menu.
One thing to take note is, there is no corkage fee! So bring your own wine if you know exactly wheat you want to eat.
Because we tried so many things I would just like to shout out a few key items.
1. Those portabella fries are my favorite thing here and is my number 1 (Jacob would say it's his third favorite, but he isn't writing this :P)
2. The side of carrots (Jacob's number 1), they are super yummy
3. The bacon with BBQ sauce (Jacob's 2), that bacon is yummy
4. The charred steaks. They have a nice char on the outside and are true to their temperatures. I loved their creamy horseradish!!
We finished with the salted caramel sundae which was both fun and delicious. Sadly I turned away for a few seconds too long and Jacob ate most of it.
The service here is phenomenal. They try to leave you in peace and are extremely respectful, but we love talking to people and could see just how much the staff loves Echo & Rig as much as we do!
Happy Eating!
