  • I had a battery issue with my wife's iPhone 5 - draining way too fast. Alex took a look, inserted a new battery, but it turns out the issue was more complex as perhaps circuit board related. My wife decided to upgrade to an iPhone 6s, so the whole thing was now moot, but Alex offered to buy her phone for parts. I'm giving five stars because Alex had a strong customer focus, was flexible, and fundamentally helped me. I've had very poor experienced elsewhere and walked in reticent - this was a perfect experience in my books.
