  • Terrible! Terrible! FUCKING TERRIBLE!! worst experience in my life from a customer service point! If I could put -5 stars I would!! Zack is a terrible terrible man and a liar! I took in my laptop for power problems, what I got back was more problems then just a power source issue, but torn wires, broken pieces, worn out screws, broken screw ports, THERE WAS TAPE AND GLUE holding it together! IT WAS JAMMED BACK TOGETHER NOT EVEN PUT IN CORRECTLY! Also they put back the broken piece I originally went in to have repaired! NOTHING WAS DONE TO MAKE IT BETTER, BUT TO MAKE IT WORSE. I had to go buy a brand new laptop because mine is now unusable. As a student this isn't something I can easily afford! They know NOTHING about computer repair. A complete disappointment!
