  • Love the property. A good place to go to just relax away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. We were checked in by Kammie who was very sweet. When we needed to retrieve something from our car, Mike at the valet save us the trip and brought it to us. The only reason this place gets four stars is our encounter with the wait staff at the feast buffet. She was not very friendly or attentive. However she was very nice to the other people around us. Seems to me that she did not like folks if my nationality. The food there was okay. Due to the cold treatment from Ileana, we will not eat there again. We had breakfast before checking out at the Grand Cafe. The food was tasty and our server Shanna and hostess Mai Mai were a delightful pair. We will definitely be back to GVR for another getaway. All other employees we encountered along the way made us feel welcomed-a class act! Mahalo GVR for a wonderful stay.
