  • Same issue. Took literally thousands upon thousands of pristine designer furniture and now they own it outright without advising us that our contract was over. They sent an independent delivery company to pick up your items which apparently has a note in the contract that when the contract ends you have 7 days to pick it up or they own it. They never told us that they don't tell you when your contract is running out. When we called, they simply said, "oh I am so sorry, but your contract is expired and we own your furniture now". SCAM
