  • I give one star only because 0 stars is not an option. It is May 29th. ROW was supposed to start our job May 20th and finish by today as we are having a party for 50 at our house tomorrow. After no call/no show on the 20th, I called them. I was told they were running behind a few days but would still have no problem finishing on time. I have yet to hear back from them. When I called Randy last weekend, he told me he is only sales and once an agreement has been reached he is out of the picture. "Great" customer service...just like all the other reviews have mentioned. Fortunately they have not started work so it is time to find another contractor.
