  • On 6/16 I booked a reservation for 7:30 7/1, our 4th wedding anniversary. We arrived at the restaurant at 7pm, only to find that the restaurant was closed. No sign in the window to indicate why they were closed (vacation? power outage?), just a locked door and a dark restaurant. I tried calling from the parking lot but it went to a generic voice mail, and I haven't heard anything in response to the message I left. I received no call or email stating that they weren't accepting reservations or that they'd be closed, no word whatsoever. As a result, the special dinner we'd planned to celebrate our anniversary as well as a new job and a promotion was ruined by the lack of professionalism of those running this restaurant. We'd eaten here once previously and enjoyed it, but will not bother to again in he future, since they can't be counted on to inform patrons of changes in plans or to honor reservations.
