  • I came in tonight for a smoothie. There were four people on and not one greeted us when we came in. They all looked as if they hated their lives. I ordered a large strawberry banana smoothie. The girl waited about five minutes and then asked me again what size, I told her large. She seemed very new so I was patient but she began making my smoothie. And I watched her pour it into the cup and it only filled up about half way, she then grabbed the smaller cup, turned her back to me, and poured the smoothie into the small cup. Then asked if I wanted whip cream. I was extremely upset then, and said "no thank you but I do want the large like I asked". Then she walked back and forth for a couple minutes and then whispered to the guy working and he said "sorry but we don't have the stuff to make the smoothie".... you don't have ice cream? Fruit? Milk? And this is an icrecream shop. I said thanks have a good night and left without the smoothie, my boyfriend however stayed back and got it for free. I tasted it and it was disgusting. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD ALL AROUND!
