So I too bought the Groupon and have to agree with some things others have mentioned. There are no salts, so don't expect them. Also my hot stones lasted about thirty seconds. Literally 3 strokes up and down my back and they were back in the basket. So that aside here it goes. The guy at the front, just not personable so I wouldn't take it personally. The room is an open room - no dividers between beds. It is a bit lighter than normal spas. The actual massage started on my face and was a bit rushed and abrupt but then I felt he was very good on my shoulders and neck. This place is not made for the shy. My male masseuse gave me no heads up when he lifted my dress while I was on my back, unhooked my bra, scooter my undies and tucked a towel in. So again anyone in the room can see you - so if you're shy might not be your spot- but again he did a massage. I did see all the signs about tip - obnoxious. The price of the Groupon is not a deal - they offer it anyway. So $20 the expect you to give a ten dollar tip- a 50% tip. I find that obnoxious but I luckily liked my actual massage so I did leave him that since in my head $30 for 1 hour is still ok. I would have freaked if it was a bad massage. I'm not sure I'll be back. It is near my car wash place so that might work.
