Michelle was great at the front desk. This review is for the manager, who gave away my reserved room( Made In April 2017 for an August 11 check in) to someone who simply wanted to extend their stay. Please send the manager back to manager refresher course. What?? How does that ever work? I won't stay there again. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and been at the top rung for Hilton Honors, and I wanted to extend my stay. The manager said this room is already reserved, let me find you a comparable one. Never would I expect to hear, " this room is reserved but we are going to let you stay on." LOL, if it wasn't me! Something is quite wrong there.
