  • I like the area, but it's too bad they are trying to charge me over 700 dollars to replace the carpet. I'm pretty sure there is a statute in Arizona about normal wear and tear. That's the landlords responsibility. Just got the email from them about it, so I guess it's time to get a lawyer.
