  • Went to the James taylor concert on june 10th 2014. He's a great musician with a good band, but the us airways center has the worse acoustics ever. If you want to hear good sound, avoid this venue! Its ok for sports games, but that is it! ALSO they will not allow bottle water inside, but will be happy to charge you $ 5.50 for one inside, what a rip off. How about $9.00 for a small jack & coke, or $17.00 for a double. That is true gouging at its best! NO WAY will we ever attend a concert at the US AIRWAYS CENTER ever again. You don't get ahead in life by ripping people off, I guess big corporate will just never get it! GOOD BY US AIRWAYS CENTER, & I will also avoid the air lines too.
