  • My wife and I never had a bad experience with the food here until tonight. We ordered some soup and my wife's soup had a bug -- unmistakably a bug -- in it. We complained to the management who tried to tell us it was cilantro. We told them we owned a restaurant and know what cilantro looks like and this was not it. It was black, with legs, clearly an insect of some sort. We took photos and videos of it because we felt it is our responsibility to warn people about this. What made this experience even worse was that not only did they try to argue with us but they also didn't even seem to care it happened. They just said there was nothing they could do about it. We even offered to pay them for the soup just to show it wasn't about money, it was about food hygiene and service. After tonight, we won't go back again.
