  • Purchased a used car here to have a safe car for our son who was traveling through mountains for summer work and cross country to college. Paid more than we planned to get a safe car. Paid extra for warranty coupons that aren't even honored in California where he goes to school. Wilde knew the situation as we made it very clear. We had the car into Wilde before he left with problems. Their service center didn't know how to fix it, but California Honda service did. We needed to pay extra to get it repaired. The brakes were rusted out and the vehicle was only 2 years old with low mileage. Very dangerous situation in the mountains. We have had one problem after another with the vehicle and Wilde was no help. They were rude and not any help when we have went to them with our concerns. They have a lot of turnover in sales staff so the salesman who sold us the car was gone within months after the purchase and other staff isn't helpful. The manager involved with the sale was typical "used car salesman" that turned me off when he promised to take care of us because he wants to take business from Zimbrick (a local dealer). He clearly hadn't followed through with that promise. I don't trust this dealer. They tell you what you want to hear and won't follow through or help once the sale is final. Poor service, poor prices. We need to buy two more cars soon and I would drive out of state before buying from them!!! We will never ever ever do service with them again. I will spread the word to everyone I know that they aren't to be trusted and don't care about their customers after they get their sale.
