  • My realtor was Kevin from the Monaghan Group, I was in a sticky situation, spoke with many different realtors and companies, which gave me the run around. I was a week from my apartment lease being up, with a toddler, we still had NO WHERE TO GO. I reached out to Kevin as last hope and im glad i did. Kevin simplified all of my issues, put me at ease and got me and my family into a house with everything we asked for in days!!! Which took other people months and still weren't successful. I am forever great full to have found him. Smooth and simple process, I was updated on every rental opening and kept in the loop on everything. Very much recommended, do not miss out on letting them help you find the perfect home!!!
