rev:text	I don't know who is running this place but they are doing a terrible job. I was at this mall yesterday (around lunch time) with my toddler. I figured we would grab a bite to eat at the food court and then do some shopping. I ordered my food and sat down and all of a sudden this horrible noise just starts ripping thru. They are building a victoria secret store by the food court (which is great) except they are doing it in the middle of the day. I couldn't hear a thing aside from the machines and general construction noise. The vibrating of the table made my 23 month old cry. I eventually had to get up and throw out my food. Walked over to the mall office and asked to file a complaint and speak to whom ever was in charge of the malls day to day operations. The lady at the front desk "wrote down" what I told her and did not seem concerned nor interested. She said the manager was away at the moment and that she would let them know when they came back to the office. I replied with "would you like my name and phone number, I would like a call in order to speak with someone?" she said "sure" (again completely uninterested in what was happening) I then told her the mall closes at 9pm and that would be a more appropriate time to run a construction site. (blank look on her face, not interested) well surprised to say (not really) no one has called me. At the very least I wanted to give them my feed back and get a timetable for this construction so that I am able to avoid this mall until they are done. I did not have a good time nor was it enjoyable.
