  • We were away when the A/C went out. Our dog sitter called us. We called one place and did not get a good feel. Called Cool Air Now and they said they would be there first thing in the morning,( of course, the A/C went out late at night). They were there early and called us and let us know what was going on. The A/C was on its last leg, which we knew it was not going to last much longer. 2 weeks earlier my husband started to get estimates, so when they gave us a price, we knew it was a good one. They did the job that day, and my dog sitter said they were very professional. After they were done, the office called and I gave them my credit card info, and that was it. Came home and everything looks great with a 10 year warranty on parts and labor. Very happy with this company.
