  • My husband and I experienced the worst customer service ever received at the Thai House Restaurant in Mesa and is not worthy of a full star. The Open sign was lit at 8:35 giving us the indication that the restaurant was still open for business before their 9:00 pm close. When my husband and I walked in and sat down at a table. We were rudely asked to leave sighting that the restaurant was closed and yet the open sign is/was as bright as can be. I read somewhere that restaurants can not turn away business before closing and communicated this to the owners of the restaurant Regardless if this is fact or not, we should have not been treated disrespectfully and wanted to document our customer experience or lack there of.
